1.      Minutes, City Council meeting, August 16, 2004.
2.      PUBLIC HEARING:  amend Code, Zoning, ADD to 200 §26.1 re: Affordable Housing shall not apply to a Special Permit for existing retirement Community (or expansion) #100555 in Urb. Aff. Plan.Board and Affordable Housing Committees).
3.      PUBLIC HEARING:  amend Code, Zoning, §15, new subsection D re: business hours prior to 6:00 a.m. and/or after 11:00 p.m. exept by Special Permit (#100542  in Urb. Aff. and Plan. Board).
4.      PUBLIC HEARING:  amend Code, Zoning , new subsection 100-30 Limited Development Subdivisions.
5.      PUBLIC HEARING:  Special Permit, Valtero Enterprises Inc,  construct drive-thru coffee and donut shop (Honey-Dew) at 481 Boston Post Road (#100565 in Urb. Aff).
6.      Communication from Mayor re: Chapter 126 and Sec. 4 of C.73 of 1986, increase of all real estate
Clause Exemptions to persons who qualify.
7.      Communication from Mayor re: recommended capital outlay program for major projects and equipment - includes following Bonds -
(1) $100,000 for traffic signals;
(2) $570,500 for park reconstruction;
(3) $284,000 for sewer disposal facility projects;  
(4) $2,200,000 for sewer construction
(5) $986,500 for departmental equipment;
(6) $1,596,000 for street construction;
(7) $80,000 for drain construction;
(8) $1,030,000 for building renovations;
(9) $1,135,000 for water mains.
