Recommendation of Committee to APPROVE subject to amendment that "Sec. 63.11(B) shall read: Permits to perform plumbing work shall be issued to licensed plumbers only. Permits to perform gas fitting work shall be issued to licensed plumbers or licensed gas fitters only 3-0.

Recommendation of Committee to approve Findings and Conditions as amended (Petitioner to finalize with Solicitor's Office and to include following condition re: mitigation: "Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, Applicant shall pay the sum of seventy-five thousand ($75,000.00) dollars to an account appropriately designated by the City Treasurer with the approval of the City Council to provide off-site mitigation to deal with various public safety, aesthetic and other off-site impacts of the project 5-0 (amended condition by Atty. Bergeron: Finding of Fact #3 "A walk-up ATM is also proposed for the site. This use allowed as of right, however, the proposed
location of the walk-up ATM is less than fifty (50) feet from the proper line such that the Application was required to seek a variance from the ZBA as set forth in Paragraph 4 below".
