HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT AFFORDABLE HOUSING?
The City of Marlborough has a variety of affordable units for sale and rent. Units become available at different times.
When the City has an affordable unit for sale an ad is placed in the Marlborough Enterprise. It will also be listed on the Department of Housing and Community Development’s website and on this website. In order to qualify you must be a first time homeowner (not owned in three years) and qualify under the income guidelines - see below. You will also need to qualify for a mortgage and have funds for a downpayment. If you wish to receive an application please the this department at 508-460-3715. All respondents are placed in a lottery and that list is maintained for approximately one year.
