Where do I pay my water/sewer bill?

You pay your water/sewer bills in the Collector's office located on the first floor of City Hall.

I need to pay a Final Water bill.  I don't have the bill but the reading was done yesterday.  How do I pay?

You must first pick up your final water bill at the water department located at 135 Neil Street. You will pay the Final water bill in the Collectors office.  Only certified bank check or cash are accepted for Final water bills. No personal checks are accepted.

How do I pay for overdue excise taxes that have been marked at the Registry of Motor Vehicles for non-renewal?

You may come to the Collector’s Office and we will look up your account and let you know how much is due. We accept only certified bank check or money orders for payment, no cash or personal checks are accepted. Once payment has been received, we will place a clear on your account and usually within 1 hour you may resume your business at the RMV.

Were do I pay for my parking tickets?

You pay them in the Collector's office at City Hall.

How do I dispute a parking ticket?

Appeal forms are available at the Collector's office. Forms will be forwarded to the Parking clerk for review.

I received an excise tax on a car I no longer own- where do I go for an adjustment of this bill?
