From Legislative & Legal Affairs Committee:

24.     Order No. 05-100798 – temporary sign request, Colonial Faire.  Recommendation of                           Committee to approve 3-0.
25.     Order Nos. 05-100841 and 05-100841-1 – proposed amended water and sewer entrance                    fees.  Recommendation of Committee to approve 2-1 (Councilor Vigeant abstained).
26.     Order No. 05-100850 – Intermunicipal agreement and Easement with Hudson re: former
27.     St .Mark’s Boat Ramp.  Recommendation of Committee to approve 3-0.
28.     Order No. 05-100852 – request of DPW Commissioner to rescind Order No. 04-100400                       Maintenance/repair of service pipes.  Recommendation of Committee to RESCIND 3-0.
29.     Order No. 05-100863 – cost of legal advertising required for licensing or permitting be                      responsibility of petitioner; and that boards and commissions be instructed to notify the                media to bill petitioner directly for said cost.  Recommendation of Committee to approve                  amendment of Special Permit application as needed– forward to City Solicitor to place in                 proper legal form.  FURTHER: all boards and commissions be forwarded a copy of Order                 and request that they follow a similar procedure 3-0. (see agenda #6).
30.     Order No. 05-100762 – technical correction to City Code C.147 Non-Criminal Disposition                  (C.200 §26 – allow Bldg. Insp. To enforce Zoning laws using non-criminal method).                          Recommendation of Committee to approve 3-0.
31.     Order No. 05-100400-1B – amend City Code C.161-17 Sewers.  Recommendation of                            Committee to deny 3-0.
