NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REMOVAL OF PUBLIC SHADE TREE

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 87, Sec. 3, 4, 5 of the General Laws, notice is hereby given
that a public hearing will be held at the Department of Public Works, 135 Neil Street, Marlborough, MA
the 18th day of April, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. in respect to the removal of and/or relocations of 5 shade trees
within the limits of the public way.
