The Clinic is FREE for Marlborough residents 50 years and older.
**Please bring your Medicare B or
Supplemental Insurance Cards.
Pneumonia & Tetanus will be available.
Transportation will be provided from the following locations:

240 Main Street
397 Bolton Street
PICK-UP BEGINS AT 9:30AM
*New Horizons residents are encouraged to use their own shuttle vehicle.
