The Marlborough Board of Health is holding School Entry Immunization Clinics on August 28th, 29th and 30th. Clinics are from 2:00PM-4:00PM in Room 109, first floor, Walker Building, 255 Main Street.
* Students are required to bring their immunization records.
* If under 18 bring a parent or guardian.
* Ages 4 and older may receive vaccines.
We will provide all childhood immunizations.
