The City Council's Legislative & Legal Affairs Committee will meet on Monday, April 3, 2006 at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers, 2nd floor, 140 Main Street, Marlborough to review a communication from Mayor Nancy Stevens regarding the Aggregation Plan prepared by Colonial Power Group.
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 164, s134, City Council Orders Nos.02-04-9735B and 05-1000904, and the contract between the City of Marlborough and Colonial Power Group, Inc., Colonial Power Group has submitted a proposed Community Choice Power Supply Plan to the City for approval by the City Council and Mayor.
The proposal has been referred to the City Council's Legislative & Legal Affairs Committee for further review.
The plan must also be approved by the Mayor prior to its submittal to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy (DTE) for approval.
